The Dark Ambition Behind AI

AI leaders are proudly trying to replace software engineers and other workers with AI — not because society needs it, but just to make the rich even richer.

In the past, machines replaced people in jobs that were hard or unwanted (like farming or cleaning), or where there weren’t enough workers.

But now they’re targeting jobs people actually want — and they’re doing it for greed, not to solve real problems.

Worse, many people are cheering this on, and that’s what feels truly wrong and sickening.
